Let’s Go! has been a really fun story to write and according to many, it’s exciting to read. Mixing fiction with stories and memories from my adventure of sailing around the world was challenging at times; yet it was liberating to let my imagination go as writing this version of my adventures.
At one point while struggling with a particular chapter, my editor said, “Larry, just think like a 10-year old, that shouldn’t be hard for you!”
Many of the stories are based on real events, which you’ll recognize, and you just might identify the characters as well from The Boy Behind the Gate book.
