Choosing a niche, or a specific target audience, for your coaching (or any service) business is one of the greatest challenges for many. Watch as I talk about my experience with niching in my 30+ years of entrepreneurial journey.
Own your niche! You can try to be the solution provider for everyone, and even though you may know a lot about many subjects, your customers don’t believe it. They want an expert in their particular area of need.
Think of it this way. Instead of marketing an inch deep and a mile wide, go a mile deep and an inch wide. Be the expert in your area and own it.
